Everyone has wanted to feel that glowing, multi-colored aura around them at least once in their lives.
Limit Breaks are special abilities / spells that are personalized to the user. You may only use them once per OOC day - and only when at 50% of your maximum HP or lower.
In order to get a Limit Break, you first click the Limit Break button on your character-sheet, and it will ask you to assign an ability that you know as a Limit Break. Once you select your Limit Break, it is locked as a Limit Break permanently.
Limit Break Effects:
Healing Effects: Healing Multiplied x2.
Saving Throws: +4 to DC.
Attack Rolls: +3 to hit.
Damage: Multiplied x2.
Status Effect Durations: Doubled.
Tile Ranges: Doubled.
Knockback: Doubled.
Knock-Up: Doubled.
Lifesteal: Doubled.
Damage Reduction: Doubled.
Defensive Structure HP : Tripled.
In the case of Multi-hit abilities, the bonus only applies to the first Attack Roll or saving-throw attack prompted, and the rest are rolled normally.
A character only ever has 1 Limitbreak, and it can be swapped using any ability the character latently knows at any time outside of battle.
