Shortly after the explosion of Arcadia...
A massive tower of crystal formed far to the south, in a flash of light. Surrounding it, a massive, labyrinthian wall with no discernable entrance - except for the inscription of a gate at the center, with four equidistant slots, in the shape of crystals.
The nation of Insomnia enlisted Baron's Red Wings to attempt flying over the wall and to the tower itself, but when the airship got close - a massive barrier of light formed around the entirety of the interior radius, lighting the sky up.
So, Insomnia called on Mysidia's help, to dispel the shield. The great Sage himself brought his personal council of Sages, and even they were not able to dispel the field. This Crystal Tower is seemingly impenetrable, and the wall itself is indestructible - not even the technology of the Al Bhed of Home were able to pierce it with their drills.
One thing can be said, however...The magical readings deep within this tower are off the charts.
