One of the Heads of Science from Shinra, while his coleague is known for the developments on Bio-engineering, Dr Giruvegan is known for their research on energy itself, be it Mako, Mana or any other kind, he has developed many interesting ideas and soon became a name shrouded in mistery.
The only public information is that, before he came to be, he was helping Hojo on the development of SOLDIER technology and his work made him quickly rise from assistant to Head of Science in a couple of years.
