(Creates a machine that flashes a bright light, affects a 4 tile long cone, afflicts everything inside with blind on a failed Fortitude saving throw of 14. | 3 Turn Cooldown)

(Creates a close range machine that scales damage like a dagger, 50% of damage pierces target's damage reduction during the attack.)
