The world has many large factions.
Settlements --------------------------------- There are small settlements around the world, which can be claimed by parties or players through an application. To apply for a settlement it must first be unclaimed, you must find it - and you must have a party with a minimum size of 4 which desire to claim and use said settlement as a base of operations.
Guards --------------------------- There are many locations ripe for settlement, where groups may settle down in order to create orders for their own desires and needs. These factions hire helping hands to defend and work at these settlements.
In order to be able to hire NPC guards, you must first own at least 3 buildings ICly.
The maximum amount of NPC guards you can hire is dependent upon the amount of buildings you own. You can hire a maximum of 2 per building, due to being able to house only two per house-hold.
Each guard costs 10,000 gil to purchase. Each guard starts with T1 in every core.
Guards can be trained, but the training process also costs gil. You can spend 15,000 Gil on each guard to upgrade all of their cores to T2 and teach them one spell.
Guards can only be used at the settlement in question, for example - if the settlement is attacked. OR, if you have a means of transporting them, a total of 8 guard NPCs can be brought as soldiers to raid a city or settlement.
All guards start with one weapon of steel tier.
